CREA è un Network di Summer Academies for the improvement of entrepreneurship in innovative sectors and the development of an ICT Business Idea Contest. CREA è un progetto finanziato dal Horizon2020, il programma europeo per la ricerca e l’innovazione della Commissione Europea, capitanato da “Fondazione Politecnico di Milano” a cui si sono uniti vari altri enti parter, fra cui ESN Italia. Il progetto dura 28 mesi, quindi dal 1 gennaio 2015 al 30 aprile 2017.
Il progetto vede coinvolti enti provenienti da otto Paesi:
• POLIMI e ESN Italia – Italia
• BWCON Innovation Cluster for ICT and Media of Baden-Württemberg – Germania
• Università dell’Egeo – Grecia
• Università di Northumbria at Newcastle – Regno Unito
• University of Arts di Utrecht – Olanda
• Regional Development Agency of the Ljubljana Urban Region e Università di Lubiana – Slovenia
• Tallin Incubator – Estonia.
L’obiettivo di questo progetto è la creazione di una rete di Summer Academies rivolte a giovani studenti europei in cui, attraverso CREATIVITA’ e ICT, possano emergere idee nuove e brillanti. Al termine delle Summer Academies vi sarà un contest fra le migliori idee emerse e l’idea vincitrice diventerà una START-UP.
Ci che si vuole fare è, quindi, incentivare i giovani con idee creative a partecipare a queste Summer Academies, dove svilupperanno le loro idee in gruppetti di lavoro attraverso la condivisione delle idee con altri giovani provenienti da tutta Europa.
CREA is a Network of Summer Academies for the improvement of entrepreneurship in innovative sectors and the development of an ICT Business Idea Contest. CREA is a project funded by Horizon2020, the European program for the research and innovation of the European Commission, led by the “Fondazione Politecnico di Milano” together with several partners and institutions, including ESN Italy. The project lasts 28 months, from the 1st of January to the 30th April 2017. The project involves institutions from eight Countries:

The goal of this project is the creation of a network of Summer Academies addressed to young European students in which, through Creativity and ICT, new and brilliant ideas may arise. At the end of the Academies there will be a contest among the best ideas and the winner will turn into a START-UP.
Therefore, the aim is to motivate young people with creative ideas to take part in these Summer Academies, where they will develop their ideas in small working groups, by sharing them with other young people from all over Europe.
