In occasione dell’Incontro Culturale Erasmus 2014, ESN Italia bandisce un concorso FOTOGRAFICO su Instagram dal titolo “#ICEonROME”.
L’idea è quella di far vedere, attraverso uno scatto, come gli erasmus vivono Roma e come appare ai loro occhi. L’obiettivo principale è quello di promuovere la scoperta della nostra capitale in un’ ottica diversa dal solito, diversa da quella italiana: lo sguardo di una persona che arriva in Italia grazie ad un programma di mobilità internazionale.
I ragazzi dovranno quindi guardarsi intorno, studiare e soffermarsi sul contesto in cui svolgeranno il loro ICE, cercando di racchiudere nelle immagini scattate attimi rubati, emozioni e passioni nascoste in giro per Roma.
L’elemento “ESN” sarà esplicitamente richiesto perché la foto venga presa in considerazione.
Il contest si svolgerà su Instagram.
In fondo alla pagina potrete inoltre vedere un’immagine dimostrativa come esempio di cosa richiesto.
REGOLAMENTO
ART. 1 - Partecipanti
La partecipazione al concorso è libera per tutti gli studenti partecipanti all'evento ICE 2014 che non siano membri attivi delle sezioni di ESN Italia.
ART. 2 - Requisiti
Per partecipare è necessario presentare:

Una o più foto scattate a Roma DURANTE l'evento. E’ necessario che la foto contenga un chiaro riferimento ad ESN (es. maglietta, bandiera, gadget) e che venga pubblicata su Instagram con hashtag #ICEonROME e tag ad @ESNITALIA
La foto può essere scattata con qualsiasi apparecchiatura (fotocamera, fotocamera del cellulare, macchina fotografica analogica automatica o manuale ecc.).
ART. 3 - Modalità
Le foto potranno essere pubblicate dal giorno 14 Novembre 2014 ed entro e non oltre le h.23.59 del 16 novembre 2014 sul social Instagram, con l’hashtag #ICEonROME e tag ad @ESNITALIA, meglio se specificando o taggando la sezione di appartenenza. es. #ICEonRome @ESNITALIA #ESNurbino
ART. 4 - Autorizzazione all’uso del materiale
La partecipazione al concorso è gratuita. L’autore è personalmente responsabile di quanto forma oggetto delle opere presentate e ne autorizza la pubblicazione senza fini di lucro.
ART. 5 - Votazione
Le foto caricate su Instagram saranno votate da una giuria. La giuria valuterà ogni foto sotto l'aspetto della creatività, attinenza al tema e qualità della foto. Le votazioni avranno luogo nella settimana successiva all'ICE e i vincitori saranno annunciati il 26 novembre sulla pagina di ESN Italia.
ART. 6 - Premiazioni
I vincitori, decretati dalla giuria, saranno premiati dopo l’ICE tramite la sezione di appartenenza.
Il premio per il primo classificato consiste in una maglietta di ESN Italia e uno smartbox per due persone. Il secondo e terzo qualificato riceveranno una maglietta di ESN Italia.
ART. 7 - Termini e condizioni
La decretazione del vincitore sarà incontestabile e la partecipazione al concorso comporta l'integrale accettazione delle norme contenute nel presente bando.

Instagram Contest #ICEonROME
On the occasion of the Erasmus Cultural Meeting 2014 (ICE 2014) , ESN Italia launches an Instagram photo contest called “ #ICEonROME”.
The idea is to show by means of a snapshot, how international students live and experience Rome and how it appears in their eyes during the event. The main objective of the contest is to promote the discovery Italian capital, from a point of view that differs from an Italian perspective: form the eyes of a person that comes to Italy thanks to an exchange programme. The exchange students will have to stop and observe their environment and try to capture in a single snapshot the feelings, the emotions that are hidden around Rome.
The “ ESN” factor is explicityl required for the participation in the contest. The contest will take place on Instagram.

RULES
ART. 1 - Participants
Participation to the contest is reserved to international students that are taking part in the ICE 2014 event and who are not active members (volunteers) of an Italian ESN section
ART. 2 - Requirements
To join the contest it is necessary to present

One or more pictures of the event in Rome. It is necessary that the pictures contais a clear reference to ESN (tshirt, gadget, flag, etc.) and that it is pubblished on Instagram with the following hashtag #ICEonROME and tagging @ESNITALIA .
The picture can be shot with any devices (camera,cellphone,analogic camera, ecc.)
ART. 3 - Uploading your content
Pictures can be published on Instagram starting the 14th of November and not after 11.59PM of the 16th of November. Each picture should contain the following hashtag #ICEonROME and have @ESNITALIA tagged, specifying the section or tagging your ESN section. ex. #ICEonRome @ESNITALIA #ESNurbino
ART. 4 - Authorization
Participation in the contest is free. The author is personally responsible for the form in object of the material submitted an authorizes the pubblication for non profit purposes.
ART. 5 - Voting
The winning entries will be decided by a panel of judges nominated by ESN ITALIA. The panel will evaluate each picture based on creativity, quality of the photo and relevance to the contest objectives. Voting will take place after ICE and the winners will be declared on the 26th of November on the fanpage of ESN Italy.
ART. 6 - Prizes
The winners will we awarded by the panel after ICE, through the local ESN Section.
The prize for the first place will be an ESN T-Shirt and a smartbox for 2 people. The second and third place winners will receive an ESN T-Shirt.
ART. 7 - Terms and Conditions
The declarred winner will be chosen by a panel of judges nominated by ESN ITALIA, the nomination will be unappealable and partipation to the contest entails the integral acceptance of the rules of the contest.
